Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American model and television star. Burns TV career started in 1995 when she played Peg the character from the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns was part of the Baywatch cast in 1998. She then starred on Baywatch: Hawaii's second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy made her leave the series. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been an exercise model on TV and a performer for nearly 10 years. The most well-known role she has played is as Jessie Owens of Baywatch. The actress is famous for her role in the commercially successful film Shallow Hal which was released in 2001.
